Metrorail is it “poor” / “pure” or it’s about race?

I wonna know the code of conduct of Metrorail. The principles they draw. The training of service delivery they give their employees. Metrorail is the big company with poor service delivery. The employees especially the ticket tellers do not know how to communicate with customers. Today I saw a scene by Metrorail tellers who chased away an old woman because she brings R6.50 with two five cents. They refuse to sell her a ticket saying they do not take five cents. Granny begs for ten cent in every person pass by. Then come a white man with a bag of five cents buying two tickets, he receives his tickets. They even thank him hoping to see him again. I never had that proper service there.

Granny  receive one rand from the man of God, when she went there to buy ticket the lady who said earlier they don’t take five cents, give granny five cents change and said take it or leave it. When granny refuses to take it she shouts for the next customer. Is that the principles of Metrorail?
Metrorail should give their employees more customer service training, communication skills and professionalism.
